Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To review your request, please email us at because.outfitbrand@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A short explanation of the issue

Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for review.

Because our products may ship from supplier partners, returns must be reviewed and approved before any item is sent back. Please do not return any product without contacting us first.

If your return or refund request is approved, we will provide the next steps by email.

Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or ordered by mistake after processing has already started.
